Repeat Infringement Policy
We take intellectual property rights seriously. If we receive multiple valid notices that a user has repeatedly uploaded or shared infringing content, Mellowte may suspend or permanently disable that user’s access to our services.
We reserve the right to take action, including account termination, for violations of our Terms of Service, even if a user has not reached the formal threshold for repeat infringement.
