At Mellowte, we understand that plans can change. That’s why we allow a grace period for modifying or canceling your order under the following conditions:
1. Order Modification or Cancellation Window
You may modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
After this period, orders are processed and sent to production or shipping, and we will no longer be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.
2. How to Modify or Cancel Your Order
To request a change or cancellation, please follow these steps:
- Prepare your order number (included in your confirmation email), the email used at checkout, and a clear description of your request.
- Email us at support@mellowte.com with the subject line:
[Modify/Cancel Order – Your Order Number]
3. Refunds for Cancelled or Modified Orders
- Once we receive your request, we will respond with confirmation or denial within 1 business day.
- If approved, refunds for cancellations or adjustments will be processed within 3 business days, based on the total cancelled amount or the difference for modified orders.
