Return & Refund Policy

At Mellowte, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is very important to us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — within the guidelines below.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Due to the nature of our products (customized, personalized, and made-to-order), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Significantly different from what was ordered (e.g., wrong color, wrong size, or visible printing error)

Once an order has been placed and production has begun, it cannot be modified or canceled. This ensures efficient processing and helps minimize errors.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The request is made within 30 days of receiving your order
  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is included
  • The item is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered

If these conditions are not met, we won’t be able to accept the return or process a refund, even if the item is sent back to us.

Return & Exchange Process

If your item is eligible for return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at +1 469 687 9785 or email support@mellowte.com with:
    • Your order number
    • A brief explanation of the issue (photos are helpful)
  2. Once approved, you will receive a return form and return label via email.
  3. Package the item(s) securely, including the return form and all original packaging and accessories.
  4. Affix the return label (ensure the barcode is visible) and ship the item back using a trackable method to:

Return shipping is covered only if the item was incorrect, defective, or damaged during transit. Otherwise, return shipping and any applicable restocking fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange. Refunds are issued to your original method of payment and may take 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Missing or Delayed Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider — it may take time before a refund is officially posted
  3. Contact your bank — processing delays can occur
  4. Still no refund? Email us at support@mellowte.com and we’ll assist you

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged.
